FOR PATIENTS & CARE PROVIDERS:

You can search for suppliers that accept various types of insurance plans, including Medicare, by using our Lymphedema Supplier Directory. You can also use the Medicare Equipment and Suppliers search tool. Typically, Medicare providers also take other types of insurance.

Note that if you choose a Medicare supplier who does not accept claims “on-assignment” your out of pockets costs may be higher. For more information, please consult Does Your Provider Accept Medicare as Full Payment?

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) hosts a live chat every Monday from 3:00-4:00pm Eastern to answer questions from providers and suppliers. Register for a live chat session by clicking here, then scroll down to the “Listing of Events” section and click on the link for the day you would like to attend.
