If you or your patients have been denied coverage by an Aetna insurance plan, please use our Denial Reporting Form. We especially need to hear from you if the denial relates to treatment for a non-limb area of the body (head, neck, chest, trunk, or pelvic region).
Reports are encouraged regardless of your insurance plan, but we are preparing outreach to Aetna and want to make sure we have heard from anyone who has been negatively impacted by their current lymphedema coverage policies. Your voice makes a difference!
