Sunday, October 18th, is the final day to take our 2026 Lymphedema Treatment Insurance Coverage Survey. Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey if you haven’t yet.
Responses will be kept confidential, and the results will only be shared in aggregate through a Coverage Report released in November, to assist lymphedema patients in choosing insurance policies that provide the best coverage.
The survey is for ALL types of insurance. After indicating what type of plan you have, and the company that administers it if applicable, you will be asked questions about:
- what types of products you did or did not receive coverage for,
- the quantities you were allowed,
- the availability of in-network suppliers or your preferred supplier,
- and your overall satisfaction with the plan.
At the end, you will also have the opportunity to share any additional feedback of your choosing and submit a question for our upcoming insurance webinar in November (Click here to register for the webinar.)
