FINAL REMINDER: Our 2025 Lymphedema Treatment Coverage Survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and will close in just 3 days, at the end of the month.
If you have already completed the survey, thank you! If you haven’t yet, please do, and share the survey link with other patients you know. The more responses we receive, the more valuable the results will be for everyone.
Results will be analyzed in October and published in November, just in time to assist patients in choosing their plans for the upcoming open enrollment period.
Parents, caregivers, and therapists may complete the survey on behalf of a patient unable to respond on their own, but please only submit one response per patient. Your participation will help us continue to improve access to care for all Americans with lymphedema!
