If you haven’t already, please take our 2026 Lymphedema Treatment Insurance Coverage Survey.
The survey is for ALL types of insurance. After indicating what type of plan you have, and the company that administers it if applicable, you will be asked questions about:
- what types of products you did or did not receive coverage for,
- the quantities you were allowed,
- the availability of in-network suppliers or your preferred supplier,
- and your overall satisfaction with the plan.
At the end, you will also have the opportunity to share any additional feedback of your choosing and submit a question for our upcoming insurance webinar in November (Click here to register for the webinar.)
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. We have received approximately 200 responses to date and need many more to have an accurate overview of the coverage landscape.
Your input will make a difference. Survey responses will be used to create a report that will be released in November, to assist patients in making more informed decisions when choosing their health plan for next year.
